Come join our team at MAHLE! #StrongerTogether- Responsible for the assurance and compliance of all current legal dispositions in matters of foreign trade including certifications (e.G., C-TPAT, OEA, VAT), as well as the internal policies and procedures (e.G., Export Control Compliance) for all Mx Mahle Business units.**Your Role & Responsibilities**:- Monitor, advise and support Mexican Entities regarding foreign trade legislation and its impact for MAHLE.- Coordinate the submission of Foreign Trade reports in a timely manner, such as SE, INEGI, SAT monthly reports to have all authorized and updated permits for the operation of the corporation.- Responsible of the monitoring of the IMMEX program for all Mx business units and assure the compliance of the legal requirements to maintain the programs.- Implement and comply with the policies (e.G. Export Control Guideline) and procedures to establish adequate internal controls system as well as the standardization of foreign trade operations.- Identify and document potential risks and / or critical characteristics of operations and drive the measures to prevent and mitigate them.- Proactively support Internal and External Audits and ensure an accurate risk assessment of the Foreign Trade operations.- Deploy measures to monitor performance and compliance for the foreign trade area.- Monitor and audit the fixed assets control carried out by the business units and provide recommendations.- Responsible for free trade qualification process.- Auditor for certificates of origin received by suppliers used un the importation process.- Standardization of all foreign trade processes within the region.- Responsible to monitor the correct Virtual process for all business units.- Identify and implement cost reduction projects. Continues improvement.- Responsible of VAT / IEPS certification maintenance for all Business units.- Monitor activities of customs brokers and other customs-related service providers. Establish and ensure a continuous training program of the foreign trade representatives, in addition, all those analogous activities and similar responsibilities that by their nature are inherent to the job.**Your Skills & Strengths**:- Bachelor's Degree on Business Administration or related areas.- Bilingual (English/Spanish).- 5+ years in similar position (Automotive Industry or similar).- Good communication and organizational skills.- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.- Foreign trade regulation and practice on topics like imports, exports, interaction with customs brokers, tax impact and foreign trade costs.- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.- Green Belt certification is preferred
