- Support the team of the logistics and traffic department for the effective flow of the supply chain for its compliance with the international and national legal framework.
- Handling virtual operations for our IMMEX.
- Provide support to internal customers and external clients and resolve issues within the life cycle of the job from pickup to delivery.
- Approve orders submitted for Export Compliance
- Enter shipment information into the ERP system as required
- Communicate information with the carriers, including scheduling of jobs, obtaining shipping documents, tracking numbers and proof of deliveries, etc.
- Process minor shipping requests including redirecting freight, changing freight terms, etc.
as needed, or requested by management.
- Research and Resolve issues: missed pickups, onsite issues, damaged inventory, etc.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
- Transportation industry knowledge with an emphasis on import and customs processes.
- 80% English required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of International Business
- English.
- 1 years of experience in traffic and logistics areas.

- Knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Workflow optimizations.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP training is preferred.
- Must have comprehension of shipping modes (TL, LTL, and small parcel)
