Under the direct supervision of Process engineering Manager PC in HPC mold shop, is responsible for receive the raw material in the department, supervision of the elaboration of molds, preparation and supervision and distribution of mold in cast shop, manage the personnel in mold shop, control and tracking the performance of the team to achieve efficiency in productivity, Be focus on the yields and mold performance, schedule adherence, and safety procedures.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Follow of the Master Production System (MPS) of the production areas and new products introductions to meet the production schedule
2. Responsible of weekly molds production plan.
3. Control the key process variables for the resin and components used for the mold manufacturing.
4. Control the chemical in regards of the compatibility of each individual component.
5. Responsible of maintain the CNC by performing the proper preventive maintenance.
6. Track/manage the work orders with his team to meet the schedule.
7. Responsible of the proper use of the EPP with the whole team
8. Direct responsible of the housekeeping of the entire HPC mold making plant, using the 5¨s methodology.
9. Meet all the Health and Safety requirements established for every single position under his responsibility (Check EPP for this process)
