**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
This is a pivotal role in Insights as it will be responsible for tracking consumer trends and shifts by harnessing the power of advanced social listening tools and data analytics as well as other strategic sources of information to decode evolving consumer behavior and market dynamics and provide actionable insights to the CEO and executive team to facilitate informed decision-making and ensure that the company remains responsive to evolving consumer needs. This role will be at the forefront of shaping our company's future success.
**Your Impact**
**As Foresights Insights and Consumer Behavior Manager, your scope would consist of **
- Utilize various industry sources and expertise to effectively gather, compile, and synthesize pertinent foresight data to provide teams with a critical outside-in view through well-organized final outputs.
- Led in-depth competitive analysis to assess the market landscape, providing strategic recommendations to maintain and expand our market leadership.
- Identify opportunities and threats, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry by gaining deep insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, catalyzing innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, finance, marketing, and sales, to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions by translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that influence short-term business needs.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the CEO and executive team, summarizing consumer behavior changes, market trends, and recommended actions.
- Communicate complex data clearly and compellingly through presentations and written reports.
- Monthly and quarterly reports on consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in consultancy (i.e BCG, McKinsey, Accenture) market research, consumer insight (I.e: Ipsos, Millward Brown) or related roles.
- Proven experience in using advanced social listening tools and data analytics platforms (1 + years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- C1/C2 english (Advanced)
- Advanced analytical skills, ease of work with big data sets and multiple data sources together with ability to synthesize, simplify & persuasively communicate complex findings.
