About The JobThe Profit Center Team is looking for a FORMULA DEVELOPER to continue feeding the pipeline and executing cost-saving initiatives both at a preliminary phase and industrially.Main Objectives are:Co-create new reformulation opportunities to feed productivity pipeline (preliminary study, valorization with business case)Prototype validation at pilot scaleScale up formulation opportunities at industrial scaleFollow up of designated projects to launch successfully (on time in full)Co-build the Team Deliverables along the year to capitalize internal strat planPrincipales KPI´s:Projects OTIF (on time in full)New projects proposition and put in placeAddi CO Alternative suppliers identified and assessedTechno push and scouting initiatives aligned with productivity projectsAbout YouAcademic Background:Graduate studies in Engineering (Food, Chemistry) or equivalent.Minimum Previous Working Experience In The Field:5 years experience in formulation and reformulation of food systems and operations at factory level (preferably food systems like Dairy, Plant Based, Beverages, Desserts)Pilot testing of different formulation alternativesAffinity with industrial trials, technical feasibility, and industrial floor hurdlesGood know-how of ingredients, flavors, stabilizers, milk science, unit operationsGood analytical skillsGood project management skills to manage own project agenda with transversal team membersEnglish proficiency (fluent speaking, writing & reading skills)Problem-solving stage/gate processFlexibility to travel to other sites or Head OfficeAware of customer and consumer insightsSoft Skills Required:Excellent communication skillsTechnically capable to influence industrial and engineering stakeholders with hard technical dataFinancial acumen to be able to translate technically feasible projects into business cases and influence top line stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Commercial)Verbal discipline to present at different stakeholder levels (from floor technician to VP level), able to adapt message to the audience in presentation and in speechExcellent interpersonal skillsWith a "Play to Win" mentalityOutspoken with real drive to make changesTeam player with ability to gain others' confidenceAbout UsAt Danone, we work to make a vision a reality: "One Planet, One Health."
