Ensures that production is carried out according to the established process. Must have a focus on continuous process improvement, seeking to meet and improve the company's objectives (safety, quality, productivity, cost).**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, mechanic, industrial engineering or related field.**EXPERIENCE**:- 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably with knowledge of aluminum automotive parts molding.- Low Pressure Casting Process.-- Standardization of processes and production systems.-- Launching of new programs.**KNOWLEDGE**:- Use of tools such as PFMEA, control plans, repeatability and reproducibility studies.-- Aluminum transformation processes.-- Drawing interpretation.-- IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 (desirable).**ENGLISH**:- Advanced level.**SKILLS**:- Teamwork.- Decision making.- Organization and negotiation analytics.-- Dynamic, proactive and innovative.-- High sense of commitment.**COMPETENCIES**:- Job Knowledge- Critical Thinking- Leadership- Results Driven
