We've got what you're looking for.Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Foundry Trainer** to join our team!**What You'll Be Doing**:- Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.- Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel.- Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program.- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.- Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance.**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance- Bachelors & 2+ years of experience or Masters Degree- Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.- Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.- Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.
