And the best part is, we accomplished this by leading a privacy-first business in which data has been stripped of user identifiers and only aggregated information is provided within the platform.Our platform provides instant visibility into almost any location in the U.S. We have grown exponentially over the past 6 years, counting more than 4,000+ paying customers including many Fortune 500 companies, such as, JP Morgan Chase, Wayfair, Google and many more.Named one of Forbes America's Best Startup Employers and a Deloitte Technology Fast company, we are proud of our collaborative, innovative and inclusive culture.SUMMARY:We are looking for a motivated financial analyst who will work closely with the Finance Team in the development and maintenance of forecasts, financial models, budgets, reporting, KPI analysis, GTM and sales operation planning, and maintenance of key company financial schedules.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support all financial planning and forecasting across the P&L, balance sheet, and company cash flows.In depth analysis of company performance, key KPIs, budget-to-actuals, flux, and cohort analysis.Work closely with the Finance, GTM, and Operations teams to track, adjust, monitor, fine-tune and continually improve the annual and monthly budgets.Implement ways of extracting and analyzing operational information, specifically as it relates to sales funnel metrics.Develop, maintain and improve the company's financial models for analysis.Provide cross-departmental insights for the operations, marketing, sales development and sales teams to improve internal reporting processes, departmental budgets and non-financial KPIs.Develop financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors and external parties.Perform ad-hoc projects with finance and accounting teams.REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:An expert in Google Sheets, specifically in regards to financial modeling.Prior investment banking / consulting / public accounting experience.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.English language fluency.4+ years of experience in finance, financial modeling and interpreting financial statements.Highly analytical and can operate quickly with the skills to data-mine, organize, and gain insights from raw financial information.Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards and the budgeting process across a high-growth organization
