.**Job Description**:**Main Areas of Responsibility**:- Able to root cause and perform _ad hoc _work arounds with little to no preparation.- Ability to recognize patterns in order to anticipate and proactively avoid recurring symptoms from occurring further- Able to work with a high level of independent capability and initiative, while being able adjust daily workloads to shift for competing business priorities, to be able to finish assignments without undue supervision- Partner with business teams to understand and develop requirements for database enhancements. Develop, design, and partner with IT to implement system solutions based on requirements.- Lead Parallel Testing with business partners by identifying key users and leading efforts to complete parallel testing efforts.
