This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and various departments to provide insights that drive performance improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling.Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making for key business initiatives.Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights on revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and operational improvements.Monitor and report on the company's cash flow, working capital, and financial position.Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor performance, and other external factors that may impact the company's financial performance.Identify and drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the FP&A function. Partner with the accounting team to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning to support business decisions and special projects.Assist in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic investments, including due diligence and financial impact analysis.Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experience managing across multiple Mexico based stores at once, with a strong operations background.Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred
