Country: MexicoLocation: LOC5006: F&S - Navojoa, Boulevard Eje 1 SN, Navojoa, 85895 MexicoABOUT THE ROLE:This is an individual contributor role responsible for factory financial analysis related to Global Commercial Fire (CML) business. This includes gathering data (systems and stakeholders), preparing and analyzing data to present to finance and operations leadership.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive financial process improvement, standardization, and automation across business units; improve the finance presence in the SIOP process; partner with Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to analyze the financial risks and opportunities in revenue, cost, inventory, E&O, etc.Prepare reports and analyses on Sales (including backlog analysis), Production, and Inventories.Prepare reports and analyses on PPV; perform due diligence on standard cost and last pay price in the system.Prepare reports and analyses on logistics costs (inbound, outbound, warehousing, premium freight).Work closely with Plant Finance leader and Operations leaders to prepare and report on monthly Std Productivity for CML business (Factory Productivity, Material Productivity, Logistics Productivity).Support the development, preparation, and consolidation of monthly and annual FP&A processes (Closing, Forecast, Variance Analysis, Annual Budgeting, Long range plan).Support the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules including business reviews, strategic plans, and other leadership presentations, as needed.Support Annual Standards Updates and maintenance.Support Capex and TOW related business case development.Track spends under various projects.Conduct ad hoc activities as needed to support the business.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS3-5 years' experience in FP&A role with strong business partnering mindset.Fluent in English.Availability to work on-site at Navojoa factory.Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.Good understanding of fundamental accounting and finance concepts required.Strong analytical skills.Strong team player.Strong communication skills.Advanced Excel skills.Working knowledge of HFM; ability to quickly learn different ERP systems (IFS, JDE, Oracle) for reporting purposes.DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIREDMaster's degree in finance or accounting, or CPA.Working experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience in process improvement / project management.Experience in SIOP.Experience with JED & Power BI.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
