Purpose:FP&A's primary responsibility is to connect senior management's long term "strategic plan" to reality. The strategic plan is a top-down, senior management driven document that sets high-level targets (Revenue, Gross Margin, EBIT.) The role requires the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, extreme attention to detail, and consistently accurate, high quality financial analyses.Key Results:- Ensure improve operational & automatization of financial processes and analysis- Improve decision making through data management- Support status-quo transformation inside the organization- Provide reliable information and be accountable of specific processes- Identify & support areas of improvementAdditional Information and Key Metrics:- Be part of identify business growth opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:- Conduct analysis and reporting for corporate functions including, monthly financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, project analysis, and executive summaries support related to business unit financial performance.- Support corporate consolidation analyses and reporting, including annual corporate budgeting process & board forecast projects- Support the implementation of new financial reporting and roll out of Data Analytics tools- Other ad-hoc financial analysis: ongoing projects.- Data collection and ensuring periodic and timely inputs of data in data management systems.Minimum Education Required: Bachlor's degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting or Industrial Engineering.Years and Type of Experience Required: - 1 to 2+ years of experience in financial areas (finance planning preferably)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Knowledge of financial basics & data managment.
