This role involves working closely with various departments to gather data, analyze financial performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparation of financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends & insights.Support the monthly close process by preparing variance analysis and reporting.Assist with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis and projections.Develop analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and/or sales margins.Provide interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.Audit financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws, and standards.Conduct small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.1+ years of finance or accounting experience.Advanced level of conversational English.Advanced Excel skills.Preferred Requirements:Experience working with financial models and analysis software.Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.SAP and HFM experience.Our commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
