**Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist**
San Luis Potosí - México
**Primary Purpose of the Position**
- The primary purpose of this role is to support FP&A activities at the plant including strategic plans and financial initiatives; Develop the monthly plant financial forecast and plant operational reporting.
- Coordinate with the FP&A Manager and Area Leaders to complete certain routine monthly reporting and analysis activities, as well as ensure completion of plant level analysis activities; Partner with Area leaders ensure plant and finance goals and objectives are achieved and where appropriate develop people resources and support the plant finance operations.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform financial forecast processes which includes but not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual business plants Assist in identifying cost drivers in the business units and communicate to plant.
- Work with the Manufacturing Unit Leaders and Team Leaders to develop strategic initiatives and cost savings initiatives.
Provide insight and education to shop floor leaders on business-related decisions.
Assist in validation of cost saving projects and savings and communication to plant leadership and development of standardized cost analysis for the plant.
- Assist in ensuring that identified control and internal audit gaps are remediated on a timely basis and in accordance with SOX (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to finance processes and systems by being a content expert on Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and SAP systems.
- Support implementation of Financial Planning system and process for Americas' Plant.
**Education**
- Bachelor´s Degree: Accountant, Finances or any related.
**Experience**
- Minimum 2-4 years of progressively more responsible experience in accounting / analysis.
- Experience supporting large operations, businesses, or support functions.
- Experience interacting with operational and financial senior management.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Partnering skills, including the ability to draw on the ideas of key team members and convert them into meaningful strategies and plans.

- Able to interface seamlessly with the plant leadership and the team members on the shop floor.
- Desire to grow professionally with an interest in a manufacturing company; including a willingness to relocate for growth opportunities is preferred.
- Fluent in English preferred.
