.THE GOALAs a Franchise Manager, you will have a crucial role in our business: you are THE person who selects, trains and follows our franchise partners and help them on their way to becoming successful members of our ecosystem. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, sell our concept and ensure its development through the constitution of a quality network. To succeed, you will have to implement management skills such as finance, logistics, recruitment and legal, and you might have to travel.WHAT YOU DOIdentify and attract franchisee candidates, deliver engaging business presentations, manage a selection process and ultimately recruit the most suitable franchise partners for our points of sales.Liaise with the ecosystem to plan and deliver the successful opening of new points of sales.Organise new points of sales management.Support new franchise partners for the opening of new points of sales.Manage suppliers.Prepare franchise agreements, support contract signings and track deadlines.Manage and coordinate training days and training materials for franchisees with the training centre manager's.Liaise with the finance team to collect invoices, build and update the dashboard, manage claims, collect and issue payments to suppliers.WHO YOU ARE (SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS)Experience in recruitment or sales/business development or franchisee recruitment.Self-motivated with high drive to deliver targets.Resilience.Innovative and entrepreneurial – always looking for new ways to find franchise partners.Organised.Problem solver / solution focused.Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with potential franchise partners quickly and easily.Knowledge of Asian cuisine would be beneficial.Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).Any Asian language skills are highly advantageous.Benefits:30 days aguinaldo.20 days starting annual holidays (+2 every year worked).Meal vouchers.Medical insurance.Sushi allowance.Wellness allowance.All the mandatory benefits per law (social security, afore, etc.).ABOUT US:KellyDeli is a fast-growing and very innovative food retail and restaurant company that was founded in 2010.
