We encourage curiosity and critical thinking, we accept well-being in its broadest sense, and we provide mentoring and inspiration at every step of your career journey.**What you will be doing**:- The roles main scope is to be the frontline person taking care of detecting patterns and potential fraudulent transactions in the online store by supporting three main processes:- Reviewing transactions being flagged by a state-of-the-art software and analyze several pieces of information to make a judgement on the transactions and ultimately contact the customer for information verification- Feeding the software with information from chargeback process to help the algorithm build better criteria for flagging orders.- Processing for chargebacks the POD (Proof of Delivery) from carriers to unblock financial processes.- Additional activities that may be asked but not limited to can be:- Reporting operational results to immediate supervisor or management.- Detect and support process improvement when applicable.- Collaborate with other functions to share, gather or build information.- Support other business/administrative functions in a wide variety of processes.**Who you are**:- Critical Thinking- Analytic and Curious.- Quality and accuracy following work standards.- Customer Oriented Skills- Attention to detail- Ability to manage complex and high volume of information- Tolerance to ambiguity- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)- Proficient managing MS Office Suite, ERPs or UCSS-type platforms- Great ability to manage time and priorities.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Administrative, Business, or related fields.- 1-2 years' experience in customer care or attention- Previous experience in fraud detection desirable- English as a second language is a must.- Previous experience managing several stakeholders at the same time- We are proud to have a diverse and broad workforce, and we're always looking to get better!
