Fraud Prevention Sr Analyst

We are looking for a **Fraud Prevention Sr. Analyst** to be part of this amazing and fast - growing fintech, the fraud analyst should be an enthusiastic person to help us to the monitoring process, should prevent and timely detect fraud, scaling of critical cases and incidents, ensuring the maintenance of an acceptable level of fraud risk to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organization, generating a positive customer experience in the use of Clip. S/he will provide feedback in a professional manner, should be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities and must have strong written and verbal communications skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out the monitoring of transactions with a bank card, identifying and acting on suspicious and unusual patterns of activity.
- Scaling of risks, vulnerabilities, deviations and relevant cases.
- Resolve suspicious operations according to their monitoring and documentation.
- Case tracking in Zendesk.
- False positive decisioning improvement.
- Model performance follow up and score monitoring.

**Technical knowledge**
- Knowledge in technologies and fraud prevention.
- Experience in document validation.
- Knowledge of the banking card payment.
- Having occupied fraud monitoring tools.
- Microsoft office management.
- knowledge of Python and SQL.

**Education Level & Work Experience**

BA in administration, accountant or similar technical studies.

Minimum experience of 2 years performing manual and real-time monitoring of bank card transactions, identifying patterns (indispensable).

Desirable to have experience in forensic investigations or related to fraud issues.
