Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the roleThe Fraud Risk Supervisor will be responsible to coordinate and execute the enhancement of Fraud reporting solutions (both analytical and data strategic oriented) and forecast development to contribute to a better risk-based decision-making process.In this role, you will review consumer fraud trends, support the revamp of high-risk models and verification strategy design while leading a team of 2 Jr. Analysts and maintaining close relationships with several business units of the Operations such as Consumer Acquisitions, Collections and Sales, among others.What you needBachelors' degree or equivalentActuary, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, System Engineering or similar are a plus+3 years of work experience in banking, financial services and/or related fieldsPrevious experience working with data science methodologies, data infrastructure, credit analysis and fraud strategyFluency and proficiency in English requiredEffective oral, written and presentation skillsTechnical expertise in risk and fraud is a plusAdvanced computer skills in MS Office and at least one of the following tools: SAS, Power BI, WPS, SQL, Python or similarAble to prioritize and organize workloads according to the Business needsStrong ability to create and maintain good working relationships with business units and corporate functionsPrevious experience leading teams is a plusWhat you will be doingEnhancement of the current Fraud reporting definitionSupport the development of fraud modelsFraud forecast maintenance and enhancementProduce data-driven fraud/risk recommendationsConduct PoC's for new fraud toolsFraud tools effectiveness analysis executionSupport ad hoc activities for local and regional marketWhat we offerAt GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
