Executive Assistant to the Director of Asset ManagementWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines financial analysis with executive assistance, making it ideal for individuals with a strong background in finance and exceptional organizational skills.
As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a comprehensive asset management dashboard, performing data entry, and assisting with financial reporting. You'll also support executive tasks, including email and calendar management, to ensure seamless operations.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
Pay Range:
$1,300-$1,600 per month
