**THE WORK**
- Lead the design and development of Webflow projects for enterprise or global clients.
- Create scalable and flexible design systems that accommodate future growth and iterations.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and industry standards.
- Provide detailed documentation for design systems, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools to drive innovation.
**NEEDED EXPERTISE**
- Proven experience in designing for large-scale enterprises or global companies.
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity in design systems and Webflow is required.
- Strong background in building and documenting modular design systems.
- Expertise in user-centered design focused on usability and accessibility.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for system management.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to enhance collaboration with developers.
- Strong communication skills for explaining design concepts and collaboration.
