Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, LATAM region preferable
Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available)
Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Latin America
- Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the Latin American market
- Manage and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients in the region
- Oversee and lead sales and marketing teams in Latin America to achieve established goals
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies
- Analyze the market and competition to identify key trends and opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on business performance and present recommendations for improvements
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings with clients and potential partners in Latin America
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, both verbal and written
- Forex experience with active portfolio of LATAM clients is an absolute must (please do not expect a reply if you do not have this)
- Ideally residing in LATAM
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- Strong knowledge of how to expand the network fast
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions
- Availability to travel within Latin America as needed
