Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Ensure that optimum results occur and continue after new processes are in place. Provide follow-up, track and communicate results, analyze and report on cost savings/effectiveness of these events. Conduct Kaizen training; facilitate Kaizen teams. Host outside Kaizen events and external participants. Guide organization in lean systems implementation. Continually improve training materials and technique, facilitates the implementation of the Lean Admin and Six Sigma programs, attend GROWTTH (Getting Rid of Waste Through Team Harmony) meetings sponsored by Corporate GROWTTH, participate in the Subject Matter Expert Network, host, lead and support Best Practice Exchange Days, understands and implements relevant health and safety policies into daily work activities. Perform other functions as necessary to adhere to ISO9000 / TS 16949 standards, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards. The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for the effective establishment of the GROWTTH (Getting Rid of Waste Through Team Harmony) program that includes, and leads to, the implementation of Lean manufacturing processes, Lean Administration processes, Six Sigma level quality and resource efficiency through Sustainability activities. The Continuous Improvement Leader creates a sense of urgency and excitement about the GROWTTH (Getting Rid of Waste Through Team Harmony) process and its outcome. Qualifications: Bachelor degree (example: BSME, BSIE, BSBA) and related field or equivalent experience. Conversational English. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, communication, facilitation and training skills, knowledge of the Toyota Production System, hands-on experience in Lean Systems implementation, knowledge of Kaizen methodology. Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean System Black Belt preferred. Black Belt Certification completion required within 15 months. Valid VISA and Passport.
