Gaba Telepsychiatry is looking for Front Desk Representative.As a Healthcare Customer Service Provider, your primary responsibility is ensuring patients feel welcomed and supported.In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact, requiring a genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding for those seeking mental health support.
Your contribution to their well-being is significant, making your role essential in their journey.Excellent people skills and superior organizational abilities are crucial to excel in this position.You will handle calls regarding appointments, patient check-in, and check-out, collect patient balances and payments, schedule appointments, send and receive correspondence, and perform other administrative duties.
