The Facilities Help Desk will consistently meet or exceed the company expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality in every task. He/ She will be expected to deliver to both client and company's requirements/ tasks.
He/she will be expected to be proactive, self-thought and always looking innovation to also motivate his peers
Requirements § Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facilities Help Desk / Receptionist.
§ Must be motivated, a team player and service oriented.
§ Good English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
§ Flexible towards working hours.
§ Ability to cope under pressure.
§ Knowledge of intermediate or advanced computer skills and Office tools.
§ Knowledge with agenda management and administrative tasks.
§ Customer Service Oriented.
§ Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
