Project Description The project is the development and support of the Membership Platform (MMS). The Membership Platform (MMS) is responsible for the development and maintenance of a product integrated into the website and mobile app. This product empowers authenticated members to manage their accounts independently, eliminating the need to physically visit a Club or engage with a Concierge Team Member through chat, email, or phone. Through MMS, members have the capability to update their address, email, and payment preferences, access information on recurring subscriptions, products, and payment transactions, as well as perform actions such as reactivating or adding members to their account, settling balances, canceling memberships, and more. Recognizing the significant value in providing members with online self-service capabilities, MMS has a substantial backlog of desired features.
