As a social networking product, Yammer has tons of interesting engineering challenges - like supporting large-scale conversations with hundreds of thousands of participants. We deploy new code every day to our tens of millions of users and are constantly innovating to improve the system and deliver a delightful experience.Our FE stack:- React + Redux (in Typescript)- GraphQL- Azure Cloud Services**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop user-facing features and experiences in partnership with design, product, and engineering.- Provide strategic direction for the evolution of the Yammer client technology stack, building alignment with other senior technical leaders across Microsoft.- Build reusable code and libraries for maintainability and future use.- Build responsive, accessible and localized experiences for a diverse user-base.- Mentor and train other engineers in software best practices and design techniques.- Help build and maintain a strong engineering culture.- Experiment, A/B test key hypothesis to make data driven decisions.- Optimize for performance and scalability
