Front Office System Administrator

**Project** Description**:Our investment fund is a quantitative asset management firm. Wedevelop and deploy systematic financial strategies across a variety of asset classes in global markets, utilizing a proprietaryresearch platform and risk management process.We are looking for a System Administrator whose primary focus will be to monitor, maintain and test components of the production systems at the Company.**Responsibilities**:**Skills**:Must have- A degree in Computer Science or an extensive experience in the field- At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a Support Engineer- Understanding Linux platform components: file systems, processes, memory, etc.- Familiarity with Bash and Python scripting languages- Working knowledge with SQL database operation and programming.- Excellent problem solving abilities and judgment with strong attention to detail- Mature, thoughtful, with the ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented culture- Motivated by the transformational effects of technology-at-scaleNice to haveUnderstanding of messaging technologies such as Redis, Kafka etc. is a plus**Languages**:English: C2 ProficientSpanish: C2 Proficient**Seniority**:Senior**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationTechnical Support (SL2)Ref NumberVR-95432
