**About us**We are customer-centric, data-driven and fast-paced.Our work environment includes:- International workforce- On-the-job training- Flexible working hours**Responsibilities**:Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify potential leads and set appointments for our agentsDevelop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing onesCollaborate with our real estate agents to provide them with pre-qualified leadsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, appointments, and transactions in our CRM systemStay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunitiesQualifications:2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWe offer a base pay with commission structure as well as ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
