The position of Front Desk consists of being the connection between Encora's personnel and visitors, vendors and providers throughout the day, as well as coordinating, organizing and supporting during other teams' activities.**Tasks and responsibilities**:**Access control**:- Attention to visitors.- Telephone service.- Mail and package reception and delivery.- Access control, both for visitors and for personnel (to keep detailed records of all access activity).- Coordinate with the IT staff for Encorians visiting from other locations.**Engagement activities**:- Design and projection of welcome message for clients visiting and newcomers.- Inventory and delivery of birthday gifts for Encorians.- Inventory and delivery of swag for personnel.- Car wash service coordination.**Support and Collaboration in administrative tasks**:- Maintenance ticketing follow up.- Vendor management: search, selection, credit, agreements and discount programs.- First Aid Kit maintenance.- Office supplies maintenance.- Purified water ordering.- Helping out during OM events.- Helping out other teams' events (workshops, trainings, team bonding, etc.) with purchases, vendor searches, catering, special requests.- Billing and payment process follow up for purchases.- Coffe refill for the office.**Profile**:- Bachelor degree in Administration or psychology.- Excellent interpersonal communication.- Great computer management skills.- Intermediate to advanced English level.**Schedule**:8 hours daily**:- Fixed from 9 AM to 2 PM- Flexiblility for lunch break. It's up to you to take one or two hours.- The remaining three hours need to be completed in the afternoon.
