Frontend Tech Lead (React/Nextjs), Reporting System

- Position overview: We are looking for a proactive engineer who:

- doesn't afraid to take responsibility for the technical part of the project
- can propose solutions, keeping in mind performance and scalability
- can direct and support teammates
- knows how to plan and estimate workload
- Can review, write, and refactor the codebase
- knows how to "connect dots"
- Cooperate closely with project managers on creating and executing the delivery plan
- Interpret metrics from logging and monitoring systems
- Create and review Unit and end-to-end tests
- Generate charts using the HighCharts library
- Take care of the SDLC
- 8+ years of professional experience in IT
- Ideally 6+ years of experience with React, 3+ years of experience with Next.js
- Strong experience with Material UI, and charting libraries
- Practical experience with performance optimization
- Hands-on experience in writing units and end-to-end tests
- Background in leveraging CI/CD for testing and deployment
- Proficient in all aspects of SDLC, including requirements engineering, architectural design, project and Sprint planning, and estimations
- Strong experience with designing performant APIs and user interfaces
- Experience with UI/UX design
- At least working knowledge of math (working with statistical data)
- Proven team leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
