Frontend Tech Lead (React/Nextjs), Reporting System

Committed to refining investment approaches, they strive to help investors seize new opportunities and achieve their financial goals.- Position overview: We are looking for a proactive engineer who:- doesn't afraid to take responsibility for the technical part of the project- can propose solutions, keeping in mind performance and scalability- can direct and support teammates- knows how to plan and estimate workload- Can review, write, and refactor the codebase- knows how to "connect dots"- Cooperate closely with project managers on creating and executing the delivery plan- Interpret metrics from logging and monitoring systems- Create and review Unit and end-to-end tests- Generate charts using the HighCharts library- Take care of the SDLC- 8+ years of professional experience in IT- Ideally 6+ years of experience with React, 3+ years of experience with Next.Js- Strong experience with Material UI, and charting libraries- Practical experience with performance optimization- Hands-on experience in writing units and end-to-end tests- Background in leveraging CI/CD for testing and deployment- Proficient in all aspects of SDLC, including requirements engineering, architectural design, project and Sprint planning, and estimations- Strong experience with designing performant APIs and user interfaces- Experience with UI/UX design- At least working knowledge of math (working with statistical data)- Proven team leadership skills- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
