This includes strategy formulation, activation, and communication to advance the success of Core Banking.Lead strategic project problem-solving efforts by helping executives and teams to structure and define key issues, develop hypotheses, and design required analyses.Develop and refine business goals to measure the success of strategic initiatives. Identify and analyze business gaps and opportunities, synthesize insights, and develop initiatives.Lead competitive and industry research and provide data support and analysis.Manage complex research, perform business case analysis, refine management presentation, and support stakeholders as required.Engage with business partners to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to execution. Ensure project dependencies are clearly defined and communicated appropriately.Develop and create structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights, and recommendations, and communicate to key sponsors and cross-functional teams. Develop executive and board-level presentations to report program progress and facilitate alignment.Develop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction throughout engagement.Develop junior team members both formally and informally, including serving as a mentor.Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and apply to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keep up to date on regulation changes.Follow all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and complete all required annual or job-specific training
