This position reports to the LA Field Service Operations manager, ensuring smooth operation of the organization, proactively seeking out areas for improvement and collaborating with colleagues in various parts of the organization to improve processes, set clear expectations, and eliminate obstacles.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
**Project Reviews**:
- Work with all LA countries to ensure project reviews for all B & C projects for Central & Distributed.
- Work with Business Administrator team to develop project review module inside standard tool.
**Standard Process (cost estimates for service contracts)**:
- Oversees the STD cost packages development and approval process.
- Develop STD cost packages for distributed projects.
- Ensure Filed Service and Tools projects actuals are proper considered and reviewed on standards review process.
Request for quotation (CPQ)
- Ensure cost estimate and proposal integration are developed according to scope of work and within budget to minimize overruns.
- Ensure all CPQ are properly responded according to timeline requested.
- Establish CPQ process communication with Sales and marketing team
TMS (Service outages planning methodology)
- Be responsible for the implementation of the TMS planning process for Distributed and Central projects in all LA countries.
- Support ownership of local Field Service and tools team on planning phase.
Outages Reports (SRC/EPR/SRC):
- Track Field Service outages reports preparation, approval and delivery process.
- Ensure all Field service planners and engineers are accurately trained.
- Improve delivery time response for Distributed reports.
Non-Conformance Cost (NCC) / Quality deficiencies (QIS)
- Identify, track ana manage cost associated with non-conformances. Minimize NCC´s and financial impact of nonconformance by identifying their root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all Field Service and tools NCC's are properly populate in Quality Improvement System (QIS).
- Ensure and keep tracking of QIS reporting, issues progress and deadlines.
- Push all countries to ensure all QIS/NCM are closed with proper action plan in acceptable time.
- Support and implement site quality audits.
- Work closed with all LA countries to ensure action plan execution and document.
Risk Assessment
- Planning and organizing risk assessment sessions. Owning the risk assessment process and ensure that all team members are involved in the assessment, communicate the results optimally and assist in the development of mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Forecast
- Collaboration with Resource Management team identifying projects where personnel with low productivity can be assigned.
Project Handover
- Supervise and participate in project handover from Sales & Marketing to contract organizations ensuring Field Service and Tools portion of the scope is accurate and reflect actual costs.
**What You Bring**:
**- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of combined experience in the following: Project management. Technical knowledge of Siemens gas/ steam turbines or rotating equipment, field service processes and international operations. Financial, business, and project data analysis and recommendation.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Strong presentation skills including development and delivery of various formats to a wide range of audiences. Able to understand the audience and present material accordingly.**:
