The product line alone serves as proof with advances in machine performance, equipment automation, fleet management, and John Deere's ongoing investment in emerging markets.**Main Responsibilities**:- Obtaining certificates of origin and control of the PROSEC program to seek savings by exempting import taxes.- Regional Content Analysis to define the qualification of origin for our export products and to be able to issue certificates for other importing countries, giving added value to our clients.- Validating of the COO from our suppliers and maintain Record Keeping of these as well as the Certificates that we issue to our clients.**What Skills You Need**:- Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements as United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), ALADI and others.- Working knowledge of logistics processes and applicable governmental regulations.- Knowledge of domestic and international customs terminology, rate bases, modal specifics etc.- Mexican Foreign Trade Rules.- Knowledge on Annex 22, 24 & 31.- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.- Project management experience of moderately complex projects.- Identifies and reviews the impact of new business proposals, new Governmental regulations and/or changes on the export processes and executes appropriate action plans.- English intermediate (written and spoken).**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Knowledge on SAP (Direct, Indirect, Purchased or Manufactured, Global Trade).- Understanding of fundamental business principles and practices.**Education**:- University degree in logistics, international trade, Business/Management discipline or equivalent work experience
