Danfoss, a global market leader in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Heating & Water and Motion Controls, has an opening in its Regional Fulfillment Department in Monterrey, Mexico for a Regional Fulfillment Analyst in the Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment. 
Using your exceptional analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and commitment to delight our customers you will be a crucial element to the Regional Fulfillment Department as the new Regional Fulfillment Analyst. 
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 
Work with factories at different organizational levels to ensure and monitor optimal product availability
Balance improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization
Continually optimize inventory levels
Reduce slow-moving inventory of finished goods
Analysis, reporting and troubleshooting related to delivery performance
Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions for customers
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer service, Finance and Transportation
Other tasks as required by management

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 
Experience in logistics/supply chain in a manufacturing environment
Exceptional MS Office skills; particularly Excel
Strong SAP skills are a plus
Strong analytical skills
RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving)
Understanding of sales, marketing and general business operations
Ability to analyze problems while also proposing solutions to higher management
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Education
B.S. degree in Business/Logistics or equivalent work experience in Logistics function.
