Completed University Studies.
- 1+ Experience with Investigations/abuse and fraud by a third party.
- 1+ Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who).
- 1+ years experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
- Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or overnight shifts in peak seasons.
- Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English.

Amazon is seeking for a Liaison for our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Mexico. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute millions of products each year to our loyal customers.

**Key Job Elements**:

- Acting as the liaison between various operational teams, to ensure timely investigations and resolutions to potentially abusive returns.
- Understanding and communicating any process gaps within the returns process.
- Working with internal and external teams to align investigations that will ensure we protect customer experience, but can identify bad actors at the same time.
- Project management of initiatives identified to improve Fulfillment Center processes and interactions with external operational teams.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- You and your team of warehouse associates are responsible for getting Amazon customers their orders.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have properly trained people, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs.
- In addition, one of the most important aspects of your job is to lead change at internet speed, innovation has made us the global company that we are today.

**ADDITIONAL JOB ELEMENTS**:

- Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
- Walking in the FC and around area with great frequency; facilities are over a quarter mile in length
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation
- Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, gangways safely and without limitation).

Key job responsibilities

**As Liaison you would have to**:

- Respond PROFECO requests about customer returns
- Investigate fraud and customers abuse
- Partner with Reverse Logistics Manager to identified opportunities and propose changes or new procedures for CRET processing
- Partner with Global abuse entities
- Analyzed data and take action with carriers, drivers or AA abuses.

A day in the life

**As Liaison you would**:

- Work directly in the FC building
- Process CRET fraud/ abuse backlog
- Share MX data by updating global tools and analyzing global data to identified patterns of risks
- Answer PROFECO request about customer concerns with their returns
- Partner with Area Managers trying to make our processes free risk from abuse.

About the team
As Liaison you will be part of Reverse Logistics Area. Your manager will be the Reverse Logistics Manager.

Cuautitlan Izcalli, MEX, MEX
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminology/Investigation.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Track record of finding and analyzing multiple sources of data to provide clear reporting of issues and how they affect the delivery experience.
- Demonstrated skills in communicating (both verbally and in writing), and influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines and different levels of the business.
- Capability to make efficient and effective process improvement proposals.
- Flexibility to respond quickly to change and reprioritize in the face of emerging issues.
- Ability to problem solve, sometimes with limited information.
- Strong evidence of relationship-building across various internal departments within an organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with an FC kaizen or Shingi event.
- Leadership ability.
- Respect from associates in production area.
- Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation.
