**Position Summary**:
The Fulfillment Center Manager oversees all operations within the fulfillment center to ensure high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality.
This role requires a leader who can manage a dynamic work environment, maintain operational excellence, and align with company objectives while fostering a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure smooth daily operations within the fulfillment center, meeting SLAs and exceeding performance expectations.
- Oversee the implementation, tracking, and reporting of all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the site's P&L statement to ensure operational profitability across all accounts.
- Regularly review financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve financial performance.
- Guarantee inventory accuracy through managing Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) and Inventory Location Accuracy (ILA), implementing and monitoring cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of fulfillment center employees to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Deliver a fanatical customer service experience to all clients by promoting proactive communication and quickly addressing issues or requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, resolving any issues related to service quality or SLA compliance.
- Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the integration of new fulfillment accounts, coordinating cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth setup and timely launch of services.
- Collaborate with the IT department to address Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues and implement system enhancements.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement, waste reduction, and increased productivity.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in leading 3PL warehouse, fulfillment management, distribution centers, or manufacturing with a proven record in operations, team leadership, and budget oversight
- Deep understanding of P&L statements with the ability to analyze, interpret, and drive key metrics that impact profitability.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to manage budgets and operational costs.
- Skilled in identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing budgets, and optimizing resource allocation to enhance cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in using financial data to make informed, strategic decisions that align with both operational goals and financial targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work with complex data to uncover trends, assess financial impacts, and implement solutions that support fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
- Works closely with finance and other departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives, cost management, and profitability goals.
- Strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering growth and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Skilled in identifying individual strengths and opportunities, providing constructive feedback, and creating development plans that align with both personal and organizational goals.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Valid visa to travel to the US.
- Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to make decisions.
- Fluent conversational level of English.
