Full-Charge Accountant

At Capita Works we are looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping, financial reporting, and details of our clients' books. Working with numerous dedicated accounts, this person will be the go-to fo our clients accounting questions and needs.**Responsibilities**:- Managing relationships with high end clients and being the point person for bookkeeping-related inquiries- Completion of daily operations and tasks in client QuickBooks files (Online and Desktop), including transaction entry, bank feeds, invoicing, bill payments, payroll processing, journal entries, etc.- Reviewing the books of new clients and performing clean-up, catch-up, and closing work as needed- Creating solutions for clients, including QBO conversions, and development and refinement of daily accounting operations like payroll solutions and bill pay procedures- Participation in client and team review and tax planning meetings- Follow up to clients on crucial issues, deadlines, and tasks- Double Entry Accounting- Management Accounting- Familiarity with Payroll Setup- Balance Sheet Review**Experiência y conocimientos**- Prior client management is essential- 3+ years previous experience with QuickBooks Online- QBO ProAdvisor Certification a plus- Excellent customer service, communication, and team-oriented skills required- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks as required- Experience with Karbon or other task/workflow management software's preferred- Must have worked with multiple clients simultaneously, having developed the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and clients- People-oriented with good communication skillsApplication Question(s):- Do you have valid American Visa?**Language**:- English (required)
