Your key responsibilities Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Drive the project to achieve the milestone Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems Experience with working with Agile methodology and scrums. Strong written & oral communication skills Review code and establish best practices Skills and attributes 4+ years of Experience in as full stack Java React NodeJS Kafka React/NextJS/TypeScript NodeJS (optional) familiar with Docker/AWS/K8s is a plus (optional) familiar with Windows OS administration/configuration is a plus (optional) familiar with Java or Go OR Electron is a plus (optional) familiar with K6 performance testing is a plus (optional) familiar with Istio, Helm charts, JSON, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/NoSQL databases Soft Skills Excellent Communication Skills Team Player Self-starter and highly motivated Ability to handle high pressure and fast paced situations Excellent presentation skills Ability to work with globally distributed teams To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's or master's degree A minimum of 4 years of experience as Full stack developer. Excellent communication skills with presentation experience preferred Ideally, you'll also have Ability to drive the project and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
