Full Stack Developer & Team Lead

Our client, based in Dallas, TX, is a tech savvy marketing company specializing in Commercial Real Estate.
They develop customized marketing strategies for lead generation and marketing channels.
Their system is up and running and they need a strong technical team lead.
Currently, the team is small, but as the company continues to grow the role will evolve to ramp up and manage new team members.
Our U.S. based client is looking for a near-shore remote contractor that can be onboard for the long term, though initially the contract will be a 12-month position.
**Experience**:

- Led a small team or was second in command

**Skills**:

- 5+ years in ReactJS and Node.js
- 3+ years in CSS
- Experience with relational databases

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
