Full Stack Engineer (Ruby On Rails)

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails development to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with Ruby and 2 years of experience with React. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 6 months of experience integrating applications with Microsoft Teams.Fluency in conversational English is a prerequisite for this position.Responsibilities:*Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements, and implement features accordingly.*Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.*Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.*Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.*Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.*Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
