We are looking for a Software Development Engineer Senior who will:
- Develop important components that make up CSG's main product using React, Typescript, Node js, Redux, Javascript. Java, Spring Boot, Microservices technologies.
- Provide support to customers - resolving technical issues/error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment.
- Support and handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer.
- Ensure compliance with Service level agreements and OLAs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and software support/maintenance.
- 5+ React, Typescript, Node js, Redux and Javascript.
- 5+ Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
- Develop algorithms, write code, unit test, debug code, and document.
- Experience working with version control using Git.
- Work well within a team environment and Agile methods.
