The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the cloud platform using Springboot and Microservices for customer requirements. The candidate should be hands-on with these topics and the standard tools used. The candidate should be able to review solutions and provide feedback to the development team.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located in Monterrey or Mexico City.Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience will beconsidered in lieu of a degree.10+ years of Information Technology experience.10+ years of hands-on experience with Java/Springboot/Microservices with exposure to AWS.Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:10+ years of experience with application development and support.Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP & Azure is a plus.Experience with web application support on NodeJS.Experience with Development/Support on Elasticsearch and Kibana is a plus.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, including technical, business, and management teams.Experience managing a team size of 8-10 would be a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.The job may entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
