About the Role:We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to pioneer in the technology space at Capital One, Mexico.You will be part of a collaborative and iterative delivery environment where you can solve complex business problems.Key Responsibilities:Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs for the company.Develop cloud-based solutions using programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go.Utilize Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services, and AWS tools and services.Requirements:Intermediate-Advanced English fluencyBachelor's DegreeAt least 4 years of experience in software engineeringAt least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud serviceWhat We Offer:Capital One is an equal opportunities employer and provides a collaborative work environment.
