Full-Time Remote Scheduling Coordinator

**Description**OnSight PROS is an established and thriving company in the property management industry. We provide property reports for property managers. Property reports include move-in reports, move-out reports, and periodic reports. These reports allow property managers to protect their businesses while saving them time and money.**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**This position will be the responsibility of a Scheduling Coordinator.The primary responsibility of a Scheduling Coordinator is, but is not limited to, answering inbound calls and/or making outbound calls daily to schedule property reports for property managers. The position also requires some problem-solving skills and involves working in a team-oriented environment. Scheduling Coordinators must be flexible in learning new roles if the opportunity arises.**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Scheduling Coordinator:Mon- Fri- from 8am to 5pm EST Saturdays from 8am to 2pm EST**REQUIRMENTS**:**Laptop or desk top-**- Windows 10 or higher- Mac OS X 10.15 (Catalina) or higher- 64 bit operating system only (not 32 bit)**Hardware**- 6th Gen i3, i5, i7 or newer processor- AMD - recommend Ryzen 3 or higher (AMD 7th Gen A6 or higher- 8 GB RAM minimum (4 GB will not work)- Internet speed minimums - 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up (25Mbps down / 10 Mbps up HIGHLY preferred)**SOME Saturday work is mandatory**Pay: From $5,000.00 per week
