Client: Our client is a global music and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in the US with offices in over 40 countries. The company has some of the world's biggest music stars on its roster and provides innovative analytical tools both to their signed artists and to independent musicians.
- Position overview: The client is actively integrating automation, data science, and other modern technologies into its operations and plans to expand the team in various projects, such as processing tools for new artists and tracks, license and rights management, marketing, and A/R activity.

- Responsibilities: Team management including technical and professional mentorship of team members
- On-time delivery of high quality, secure & performant software
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments (Engineering, Dev Ops, Technical Services, Product, UI/UX)
- Bring new ideas to the table (both technology and process) and influence engineering culture
- Communicate with the client, discuss architecture design, and make decisions
- Perform code reviews
- Take responsibility for the code quality
- 4+ years of development experience with React.js, State Management libs, and Next.js platform
- 2+ years of development experience with NodeJS (or Python as plus)
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL dbs
- Experience with AWS
- Skilled with MaterialUI, Formik libraries
- Understanding of Websocket (SignalR)
- Fundamental knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS, HTTP
- Broad knowledge in the field of available libraries and front-end development solutions
- Project management experience
- Experience in understanding and documenting functional and technical requirements, ability to create and deliver presentations
- Ability to communicate technical requirements and transfer knowledge to the project team, communicate with project managers and team leaders, and the ability to guide and mentor team members during the development of technical solutions
- Algorithmic problem-solving skills
- Strong people-oriented mindset and leadership skills
- Spoken English
