About the responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
Analyze customer requirements
Estimate customer requirements
Determine the best solution for any given feature (Backend and Front-End)
Code solutions for development stories and tasks
Implement Unit and Integration tests
Code review PR's for team members
Guide and unblock team members
Able to follow up team progress on the sprint tickets and PR's
Report status to customers and managers
Experience dealing with high expectations
