Wizeliners have the opportunity to upskill by taking Academy courses and can also share their expertise by delivering classes to students.**What You Will Bring to the Team****Your Day-to-Day Activities**- Define quality strategy, quality processes and the best practices in agile environments.- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to improve user acceptance testing.- Defect management in agile environments.- Keep the documentation up to date.- Create and run a functional test (smoke, end to end, exploratory, etc).- Set test criteria and business requirement analysis.- Risk analysis.- Encourage the use of best practices among the company.**Are You a Fit?**To be successful in this role, you must have:- Open to learning automation testing tools.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.- Self-driven and proactive.- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.- Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new technologies.- Solid understanding of AGILE methodologies and practices.- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, including planning and strategy design.- Creativity, ownership, and adaptability.- The ability to predict common user workflows in order to design effective tests.Other nice-to-have qualities we appreciate are:- API Testing with tools such as Postman, Insomnia.- Ready to take challenges.- Mentorship skills.- ISTQB Certifications
