Your Job:As a Fusion Local Capability Leader, you will be accountable for the efficient design, configuration, and implementation of the template into the specific site. You will drive activities to meet milestone timelines for testing, deployments, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will provide coaching and support to the site implementation team while coordinating with divisional and global teams to ensure consistent execution of design events.Our Team:Join the DSS / FUSION M&O Value Stream team in Guadalajara 1. You will report to the Fusion Integration Manager, Site Deployment Leader, or Value Stream Lead, and work closely with an array of plant staff, technical experts, divisional and global capability leaders, SMEs, superusers, and trainers.What You Will Do:Identify and input defects into the appropriate reporting tool.Represent local functional requirements and knowledge.Adequately provide capability resources for the local site team.Identify, train, coach, and support site superusers.Serve as the communication lead for all capability-related items at the site.Address function-specific issues, risks, and change requests as escalated from the process lead.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and B2/B1 minimum level.Experience with SAP (especially MPD), Intrepid, TeamCenter, OpCenter (or other MES), APS, Ignition, or other required tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use quality tools relevant to the position.Capable of performing all physical requirements as outlined in the functional job description.What Will Put You Ahead:Experience with local and global capability design and implementation.Proficiency with advanced manufacturing and production tools.Demonstrated ability to lead and coach cross-functional teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
