The LEGO Continuous Improvement Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; which is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools as well as the involvement on strategic productivity projects.
Core Responsibilities Data collection and analysis to detect productivity projects.Apply Industrial Engineering methods and tools.Support LCI team on strategic DMAIC productivity projects.Update VSM to detect improvement opportunities.Document and update internal processes.Do you have what it takes? Education: from 7th semester and above preferably Industrial Engineer or similar bachelor's degree. (Availability to remain in the role for 12 months)Data collection and Data Analysis understanding.Knowledge on Industrial Engineering methods and tools (VSM, Line Balance, Time and Motion study).Knowledge of Office tools especially Excel, Power Point and a plus if any Microsoft Platform (like Power BI, Power app, Forms, etc.).Good verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English.Proactive, responsible.Able to work independently but also energized/thrives in a team environment.High level of cooperation and teamwork.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
